Hey,
thought the B-sides would catch you up to all the boring things we've been doing to fill our time with the rest of the fam in "Malibore".
(should there be commas in that sentence?)
Anyway,
Collin and I have watched the complete seasons 1 & 2 of LOST. We won't watch any of season 3 that is happening right now, so don't tell us anything! Wink

I tried the Nutrisystem diet, and the only way that diet can work, is by making you skip the meals they send you, because how could you seriously eat, a turkey hot dog that came in a cardboard box, and shipped in another cardboard box?
I have a picture....it was scary! Needless to say...I gave that up for frozen diet dinners. At least you know that it is real food, but sadly....I'm not losing any weight. Crying or Very sad

Today I took Jessica to the airport. She's flying out to Malibore to hang with everyone for a while.
Christie and I made a tons of baked things for the NFG guys. We get to see Chad, and his band in just a few days, so we are loading them up with home baked goods.
Here's the list:
Chocolate Chip cookies, Oatmeal Spice cookies, Peanut Butter w/chocolate kisses cookies, Ginger/molasses cookies with icing, two kinds of brownies, and I'm going to get them one of the Pumpkin Spice Cheesecakes from Barnes and Nobles......emmm Smile
Needless to say, I put all of this in the freezer so that we wouldn't eat it all before they come.
Sherri sent me an amazing drawing that she did for my birthday. She's been working on it for months. It's a mom penguin in an amazing dress, holding hands with a baby penguin.
Christie also painted me a picture. I should take pictures for you guys.
They are both amazing, and I can't wait to get them framed.

Other than that...life has been pretty boring. Just regular, everyday stuff.
Oh yeah, we also went to the midnight showing of N.B.C. in 3D.
That's was pretty cool.

I had a nice birthday, and "thank you" to all of you well wisher's!

Well....that's all I can think of for now.
b-sides signing out...till next time. Smile

I have heard the nutrisystem stinks....sorry to hear you had to try that nasty food. Sounds like you had an awesome birthday and that is great to hear! Have a wonderful time at the NFG show!

I've always wondered about those box-meal-diets. They're so expensive. And yet I have no idea how they would work.
I like to give my mom drawings, but I just realized the irony of giving them as a gift. Because, it's free for you (the artist) and then the other person (the giftee, I spose) has to go out and pay money to get a frame for it. Rolling Eyes
Anywho, as far as I'm concerned your first sentence it perfectly correct in its use (or lack) of commas.
Lost is awesome. This seasons is really good, so you guys need to hurry it up.

I lived on lean cuisine for lunch and dinner for awhile. paired up with excercise it didn't do too bad for helping me lose weight. but really in the end I resorted to following weight watchers and it helped a lot actually.

Kim, is it very realistic to walk/bike to most places in Tyler? I've never been there so I don't know. But, I'm currently at college in a town of about 60,000 (14,000 being the university). I can rollerblade/walk to most places without much hastle (which is nice because my car is parked in a lot nearly a mile away, >_<). After about a month or two, I lost maybe 10 pounds. It's not much, but it is all I really needed to lose I guess. I predict I'll gain it back in the winter though (since rollerblading on ice is hard, =(

And, I think it would be awesome if you let us see what the kids drew for you!

The first sentence, where you questioned your use of commas, was fine. It had no need for a comma.
I did notice a few extra commas, but I'll let those pass

Sounds fun.

Dieting is always tough, or so i've heard. There were three people on a tv show. Before and after the holidays... they basically ate a diet from a different country for about 2 months. They all lost a huge amount of weight. The reviews they gave of the actual food were all positive.

http://www.channel4.com/entertainment/tv/microsites/R/richardandjudy/r egular_features/hol_diet_home.html

box meals don't sound too fun.

Incidentally, listening to Thomas Truax. A lyric that just passed is topical: "dance away your cellulite" (Fullmoon over Wowtown)

I've always been the worst at this. Rolling Eyes

I will try to get the pictures on here soon.
I'll need Christie's help, and considering that she nearly threw up, and fainted after getting her flu shot today, (first shot ever), she may need to recoup a little. Confused

ginger molasses cookies with icing??
hooooly moly, send some this way!
all of those sounding so amazing.
its interesting though because molasses smells soooo bad.
i am making gingerbread ornaments and i have to use that.
it is so stinky.

p.s.
completely cutting out SUGAR and SALT will
make you lose weight indefinitely.
and by sugar i mean everythign with sugar.
including high fructose corn syrup, which is so rottenly bad for you.
this is coming from the girl who is so in love with chocolate icing.
