Hey, I'm 4/5th's mom...so I'm not trying to blow smoke, or make a big deal out of the new stuff, or make it sound like I'm rubbing it in your face that I get to hear the new material. So, having given you my disclaimers...I just have to tell you that, I have listened to the rough mix 5 times now...and honestly....I...I am really at a loss for words. From a vocalist's standpoint, the girls are going to blow you away. They blew me away, and I'm their mom. There has been such growth and maturity with their voices. Pure beauty. So far, I have not been able to sit through one of the listening sessions without choking on my tears. Great job kid's....and my dear nephew, Garron. |

Only being 1/5 mom, which hardly counts for much, I would like to say that I was equally blown away and I have only listened twice. Tears flowed freely upon listening to the girls voices, they amaze me! Chauntelle, WOW! The richness and texture just made me close my eyes and soak it up. I wish that I could claim a genetic link and therefore take some of the credit...but on second thought if they were genetically linked to me they wouldn't be able to sing at all Anyway, great job. Auntie/Mom is so proud of all of you. I can't wait for spring when you all get to hear. The journey has only but begun. _________________ ~P |

Parrish... your post made me get goosebumps. Incidentally, I remember crying when I heard that track that Chauntelle sang, recorded at Fool's Banquet... Zach Hanson wrote it, I think. _________________ She is handsome, she is pretty, she is the girl from Belfast City, she is courtin' one two three, please won't you tell me who is she? as 7/8 eisley's former stalker/homie, i have to say that upon hearing the new tracks i was totally shocked about the amount of subliminal messaging included in tracks number 2, 5-8 and 27-35. i don't want to get you all excited or anything, but why not just call the record "buy more war bonds"? when sherri is singing the chorus during the 5th hidden track, are we not supposed to hear weston whispering in the background? maybe you should have turned that down or something, it's sort of obvious. i'm pretty sure the drum beat during "i could be there for you" has been turned into a morse code message of some sort too, cause i blacked out and when i woke up i was down the street at my local army recruiter. but besides that, it's the best record i've never heard. |

"Paw! Paw!! come quick! Ema got attacked by rabid coyotes and JayBob's caught in the combine!!" (new lyrics to "Paw Could Be There for You".) I'm tellin' you, this new stuff is the horse, man. I've always wanted Eisley to make a country record. I teared up when I realized I could do the cowboy boogie to it while fix'n my tractor. Ya'll kick it. _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead.
