Have you been besting your friend at absolutely everything?
I've had a similar problem with a friend of mine, and it got him pretty down.
Nobody likes to feel useless.

Try him at DDR.

Oh, and was this the first time you ever touched it?
Did you beat him, considering he's always playing, and this was your first time? That would SUCK! Smile

If the wiimote flew out your hand and hit him because you were being far too exuberant, then I would say that's fair enough.

Pretty much all my friendships with gamers have ended anyway, simply because I never really had an interest in gaming. Laughing

How old is your friend? Seems petty to me. Well unless this is a joke and I am just too old to get it. Blah, blah, blah, blah... So offer a rematch, only this time beat your friend even worse. Send a message that you got the skills! Laughing As video game mastery is generally achieved through repetition, your friend needs to spend more mindless hours in front of the blinking box in order to get into the zone. Of course you and your friend could go out for a sport together and turn the blinking box off. Hmmm? Just a thought. Smile

And I will take on anyone at Galaga, anyday, anytime. Wink
