I think it's lame that you all are insulting some guy because of the way he dresses. He likes Eisley so I'm sure he's a nice person who doesn't deserve to have people talk about how he makes them "shudder."

No.
If you dress certain ways, it's because you want people looking at you. Not everybody that likes the same band as you is an awesome normal person deserving of your praise.

The creepy-emo-camera guy taped the last five sets of the night, not just Eisley. No, but I think he was just trying to be cool for his son, which is admirable in a way, but funny still because his son didn't wear any make-up or girl pants (yes, the dad wore girl pants).

Oh right, it's juan's mother, so the make-up and the pants are reasonable after all. Lol.

I don't mean that everyone who likes Eisley is a certain way, but it is kind of dumb to insult someone who really likes something you really like, just because he looks different from you. (Although apparently he was taping everything.) It also seems weird given that Laughing City posters tend to be really sweet, to have such a negative reaction to the way someone dresses.
and finally, he probably dresses that way to impress people who have the same asthetics; his goal is probably not to have you insulting him and saying how disgusting he is. I mean, he's maybe used to it, but that doesn't make it okay.
It's pretty funny if he was doing it to be cool for his son though.

Not nesscarly. Some people do it just because they like the way it looks to them. But the guy probably knew that people would be 'creeped out' before he left the house. And yeah, the second statement could apply to people who are not dressed 'weird'?

chill out, there was just a few comments made, most of them were just kinda in jest, no one seriously hates the guy, especially not if he gets some sweet videos

I got a video of Golly Sandra from right on the stage. I'll put it up tonight. I would have done it sooner but my car was in the shop and I left my camera in the car on accident. I totally saw that guy though as I was leaving and had to do a double take. At first I saw nothing weird, and then I saw he was like 48 and wearing girl pants, eyeliner, and had that devil horn hair thing that the misfits used to do. Kind of looked like that singer from Good Charlotte.

By the way, the person who posted above me.. I dig your avatar.

Yeah, I wouldn't take the comments about the camera guy too seriously, though it did bug me to think that we might seriously talk about a "weird' person like that. But levity runs high here, so it's best to remember that, too. Smile
