Cool list. The Eraser is in its right place. It was okay. I wish Islands and Hot Chip were on the list, as they were my favourite records of the year. Go Beyonce GO! _________________ http://www.nicholasvenaglia.com |

I guess I shouldn't speak too soon because I probably haven't listened to it as much as I should to be a critic. But after listening through it a few times I just didn't find it as catchy/organized/creative as the last. It definately wasn't horrible, just disappointing. But after that last album it would be hard to impress. Yeah I guess I see what you mean. _________________ **Dear, did you know that people love each other** **Just like we do?** |

ehh. The only one on that list I was impressed by this year is Midlake. Copeland and Brand New would be on my list, especially BN, I was pleasantly surprised when I heard their new CD as I thought they were overrated before then... I agree that 2005 was a better year. with copeland, maria taylor and such. |

It's unfortunately easy to insult something you only observe and don't know anything about. But being in the media is an open invitation to getting bashed (no matter how unjust or ignorant it may seem). You "sign up" for it knowing that, I know I did ... But there are more constructive ways of enlightening people. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

Why is Eisley still playing 'Telescope Eyes'? Can they remove that from their setlist when the new album comes out? _________________ http://apturnofftheradio.blogspot.com |

Same reason Radiohead still play "Creep" and Coldplay still play "Yellow." I doubt the label makes them do it, but believe it or not there are a lot of fans who would be disappointed if it wasn't included. _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

I wouldn't mind if it was left off.... sure T.E. was a "minor hit" (got played a lot on mtv2/fuse (a little less)/the n), but it was no Creep or Yellow. I think (hope) they'll toss it (for good). NOW...if marvelous things was left off there'll be a few punches in the head due for those Duprees. |
