If you save enough wells, then send them in a self-addressed stamped envelope with one dollar shipping to the whale folk, , you get a decoder ring.

Hold Up!
whales feed on small planktonic animals and small fish while toothed
whales (like the sperm whale or the the killer whale) eat much larger preys such as large fish, marine mammals and large mollusks. They are at the top of the food pyramid of the ocean, i.e., playing a very important role in the balance of nature.
That is particularly true in Antarctic waters, off the coasts of Norway, eastern Russia, Alaska, Canada, Greenland, and Iceland. If they were to disappear their preys would increase dramatically in number overeating, thus, other preys so on and so forth to the point that the whole ecological balance of the oceans could be severely affected.

Good for something. No? Wheigh that against the effect we've had on our planet.

For one, a number of human activities contribute to air pollution and increase the concentration of greenhouse gases. The result is a temperature build-up creating the ‘greenhouse effect’. Burning of fossil fuels for electricity generation, heating and transport, and the clearing of forests increase carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere. Biological processes involved in keeping livestock and in treating sewage and other material increase methane concentrations. There is a strong body of scientific opinion that, as the greenhouse gas concentrations increase, the temperature rises as more heat is trapped. When atmospheric temperatures change, local climates change. The results can be far-reaching: flooding; drought; rising sea-levels causing coastal erosion and threatening inundation; and pests and diseases spreading to new areas threatening human health and economic production as well as ecosystems and animal and plant distribution patterns. Warmer temperatures may have some positive offsets such as allowing extended agricultural activities in temperate and colder climates, though there is broad consensus that the overall weight of the impact of climate change will be negative.

Willy is sounding pretty harmless right now. And, he'll probably survive our floods. Just a thought. Room for argument obviously. No harm intended. To each his/her own.

i think whales are silly animals who probably just didn't get hugged enough when they were children. but you can't blame their parents. its impossible to hug with flippers. speaking of flippers, its snowing outside my window and its really pretty...

ok bye.

I discovered the Eisleybunch while anxiously attending my very first concert of any real mainstream band that I actually like. Eisley just happened to open the show and was followed by Damien Rice. An awesome set of bands for a first concert experience I might add. It was rainy but it was fantabulous.
