I was just looking around Eisley's myspace and noticed that their tour schedule seemed to have lengthed. I had pmed Boyd months ago asking if there would be any chance they'd be coming through Canada instead of popping into Toronto and then out again, and he said they wouldn't be.

But...these dates are up

5 Sep 2007 20:00
La Tulipe/National Montreal, Quebec

6 Sep 2007 20:00
Capitol Music Hall Ottawa, Ontario

7 Sep 2007 20:00
Rum Runners London, Ontario

11 Sep 2007 20:00
West End Cultural Center Winnipeg, Manitoba

12 Sep 2007 20:00
The Distrikt Regina, Saskatchewan

13 Sep 2007 20:00
The Warehouse Calgary, Alberta

14 Sep 2007 20:00
Starlite Room Edmonton, Alberta

16 Sep 2007 20:00
Legends Victoria, British Columbia

17 Sep 2007 20:00
Commodore Ballroom Vancouver, British Columbia

Does anyone know if this is for real? I mean, I'm sure there must be some validity since it is on their official myspace, but the show I want to see (Sept 14th, Edmonton) would be in a month and I've heard nothing about tickets, and it's not even scheduled on the venues site.

I'm trying not to get my hopes up just in case it's some kind of mistake. Does anyone know if this tour is certain and when tickets are going to be on sale?

As far as I know, it's true.

They are opening for Mute Math on those dates. Mute Math tickets for the Canadian dates are on sale at ticketmaster already.

Well, I was thinking that at first. I assumed that it was the Mute Math tour, but Mute Math is playing at a different venue the night before, and then they're in another city the night Eisley is scheduled in Edmonton. I'm not sure which venue to buy tickets to.

From what I know, Eisley will not be on the MuteMath Canada dates.

Sorry guys, the dates on the MySpace are not correct. As of right now, Eisley has no confirmed dates in Canada. They join the Mutemath tour in Boise. At one point those Canada dates were on the table, but the money wasn't there to make it happen. Apparently whoever was updating the MySpace site was not aware of this.

Wow, so thats three tours in a row that shaft the northeast completely. I hope their winter/spring headlining tour hits Providence and Boston (at least once) to make up for this. We love Eisley up here, too!

I'd say the chance of the next headlining tour skipping boston would be approximately zero.

Well that's good news. And the chances of it being all ages? The past few shows have been 18+ so I've yet to see them play there
