So I'm trying to get a job with the post office remote encoding center... I have a typing test tomorrow. The general time is 1 p.m. but there's "open sessions" for those that aren't able to make the 1 p.m. test. The alternatives are 6:30 a.m., 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

I'm thinking about trying for the 6:30 am

What do you think?

I would say a bit later that way you're more alert. I know my typing suffers when I'm tired. Unless you go to bed like, right now, I would recommend later. But that's just me.

It all depends if you are more an early morning person or an evening person. Me personally, I would take it in the evening. Although I think I interviewed for my present job at 8am (back in 1999).

Yeah, I think I'll go in later. Probably not a good idea to go in at 6 in the morning when I'm used to going to bed at like 2. Embarassed

Hah! thanks. I get nervous enough as it is without added pressure of dead brain early AM syndrome.

I would take it in the morning, me. That way my mind can't focus too much on anything else before I get there (that's a slight euphanism for "my mind can't start panicking"). I prefer morning exams. I took my driving theory test in the morning - at about 9.00.

Speaking of interviews I remember my people asking me "when do you want to come for interview?" Being a bit flummoxed by this, I managed to say something like "8.30?"... it was 9.00 'cause 8.30 was too mad for interviews. (it really is...I got the job...)

Sad actually, very, very sad for all those involved...besides me of course I'm too high off my ass half the time to know the difference between sweat and tears. You know, the term "acid rain" was actually derived from "pain tears," ...mmm pain killers.... but I just mean, like when it burns, it burns like acid and rain is wet, like water (one would think that rain being wet would ultimately cancel out the acid because wet things put out things that burn but global warming is just getting out of control and the acid is really lava and the lava is really Al Gore's feces and it's rock hard like Nelly's solid gold tooths, so it's IMPOSSIBLE, IMPOSSIBLE at this point to defeat it! just like it's impossible to hide the pain Crying or Very sad..) ...and it falls like tears, okay well tears just drip rain falls really but when it's rolling down a window it's more of a drip like tears, so when it burns and there's a drip..well maybe that's Clamidia, or something sexual like that....

I've got nothing...well, actually I may have something but that's just none of your buisiness!

I guess it was pretty funny Laughing Crying or Very sad
