Well, I found her myspace page: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&frien dID=35074823 I don't think she sounds very much like Stacy, but I want to thank you for dropping her name, because I really dig her sound, especially her cover of Toxic. It's a perfect example of a "good cover song".
