i need help. im using Garageband on an iBook and im using a Tascam US122 to connect the XLR cables to the computer and the computer is reading the Tascam but not the mic. its only recording with the computer's internal mic and we have set so it shouldnt be. im not too familar with apples though. so possibly you could help? thanks. _________________ Bærinn minn/ Bærinn minn og þinn/ Sefur sæll à kyrrð/ Fellur mjöll/ Hljótt à húmi á jörð/ Grasið mitt/ Grasið mitt og þitt/ Geymir mold til vors/ bjork. |

um um um... try going to the audio properties for the whole notebook and see if you can toggle it there... if that doesnt work, buy a roland. i mean it. _________________ love.alex. |

i tried to connect a US-122 to garageband and it wouldnt' work for me either. I called apple and they told me that garageband won't recognize tascam because the sampling rates are too high. basically saying....i should buy their version of the usb interface. |
