My thoughts exactly. When I first heard the Room Noises version, I really liked it because it was so different. Saving the double lead for the second verse, in my opinion, was a nice touch since it's rather unexpected. After hearing the other version a couple years later I felt it was sort of too much of a good thing. Sort of like too much salt on your fries or too much butter on your popcorn!

i agree, as well. i always loved the RN version specifically due to the second verse.

wow, i had no idea there was another version of Brightly Wound. I prefer the RN version though, (make believe is much too fun > though in time our bodies wither).
