How cool is this photo? Love how the oranges are lined up so perfectly. Cyndi Lauper, anyone? Heard her live about 5 or more years ago (she opened for Cher on one of her many farewell tours, lol). Cyndi puts on a good show!

At last the secret thread to makes Cubs tolerable has been exposed, the Eisley/ Cyndi Lauper appreciation combo. Glad to know I'm not the only one. I thought I would be able to live do the "What celebrities are you attracted to?" outburst of Cyndi love I displayed. Oh well, the gig is up...

she and Sherri could work up an awesome photo spread for any fashion mag out there.

And yes, her voice is amazing, she's just gotta watch out for Birds and make sure she doesn't fall off stage anymore!

If Cyndi was doing stuff off of The first two records Hatfull of Stars and Shine a tour with Eisley could work. The Bring Em' To The Brink stuff may be a little too Euro techno to work.

MuteMath, Kelly Clarkson, or Anberlin!

Love them all and I'm sure they'd love having Eisley on tour with them. Smile

They toured with Mute Math a couple years ago and it went really well. The other two... eh.

Lol@Kelly Clarkson. Um.

I was listening to It's Blitz last night and sometimes Karen O sounds a lot like Stacy. Yeah Yeah Yeah's are more electronic, but Eisley's toured with less complimentary. I dunno, I'd go see it.

I wish Eisley could open for Stevie Nicks Embarassed Then I'd be in HEAVEN!

But that's not so realistic I guess.

They are on the same Label now... and Fleetwood Mac is also touring sans Christie McVie so some sort of "You can borrow Stacy for a few songs if you let us tour with you." deal could be struck... it's steal of a deal for Fleetwood Mac, and I think their fans would LOVE Eisley, but I've said this all before.

Come on Reprise, you've got the power... Summer Arena Tour.

This is true! I saw them earlier this year without Christine and it really was incomplete without her. Stacy could be a nice fill in. SmileSmile I'm sure Stacy would love it, since she is a fan.

not sure if anyone has said this but Bright Eyes. a tour with bright eyes would totally work. yea, they might be different genres, but stylistically i think they're similar. there's something about bright eyes and eisley that i can see going together really well, i can't really explain.

also, sherri and stacy did guest vocals on five songs on cassadaga, so...

Yeah, Jenny Lewis or Rilo would be a good fit.

And a tour with anything Oberst related would be a relatively good match in my eyes. He's putting out a final BE's album in 2010, so there ya go. Someone remind him he likes Eisley.
