If I had to guess, there is probably some point where you might be able to catch a word with them, but its generally tougher for them to find time for that when headlining, so I wouldn't be surprised if they don't get to do anything steadily. That said, I'm not sure about this tour in particular. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

Boyd mentioned elsewhere (trolleywood i think) that they don't have the time to do much of that when they are headlining the tours... Here it is from the Tyler Show Thread http://www.eisley.com/laughingcity/viewtopic.php?t=37990&start=0&postd ays=0&postorder=asc&highlight= boyd wrote: NOTE: THIS will be the only show on the tour where you'll be able to mingling with the eisleyoids after the show. On headlining tours... (ugh, broken boid record)... u know the drill. It's almost impossible to meet 'um. That whole bit. ok, for those who are new to all this: On headlining tours, the band has no time to hang out or sign or whatever... they play last, try to cool down, de-rez back stage, etc... meanwhile the very-mean security guards start screaming: "ok, listen up! If you're not buying merch or get out!". It sucks but that's the reality. So, in order to meet them (not saying u would care to or want to), you'll have to have a magic wand or have a suitcase of something alluring or be waiting by bus door before they try to embed themselves. The later is what patient fans typically do.

I caught the band wandering before the show. I had no interest in the first two openers we had (we had two local openers in addition to Christie and Ives), so I hung around outside and got to meet them again. After the show, they just headed back on the bus. Weston and Garron were packing up/hanging out by their bus though so I got to at least say hi. _________________ Be happy, be contagious. |
