Anybody want to carpool to this? This would be an awesome birthday present. (My birthday is March 17.) _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

I love Barbarella's, but sadly I won't be able to attend this... I'll be out of town for spring break. _________________ "I cannot discuss your verses; for any attempt at criticism would be foreign to me. Nothing touches a work of art so little as words of criticism." -- Rainer Maria Rilke |

So Eisley better have an all ages/ 18+! |

I've never been to SXSW before, so how does ticketing work for that? Would I have to have some kind of day pass or something? If I can reasonably afford whatever it is, I might come down for this. I'll be in San Antonio for spring break at the time, so it's only about an hour and a half away. _________________ Do I even need a signature anymore? |

If I can reasonably afford whatever it is, I might come down for this. I'll be in San Antonio for spring break at the time, so it's only about an hour and a half away. Some showcases and "exclusive" parties require badges, which are like $600 bucks and really only necessary for industry folks/rich people that want to see everything possible. (I've had them for both SXSW and the GMA conference in Nashville and they are golden, but my parents don't promote concerts anymore so I'm out of that game hahah.) Some shows require wristbands, which are $120 for Austin residents and a little bit more for everyone else. A lot of shows are free/open to the public/whatever, so it's not really a big deal except that you only get admitted after people with badges/wristbands/passes. I may have this a little skewed since my experience with a badge was in 2006...? As a side note, I would kill for a film badge. Joseph Perfection-Levitt is coming with hitRECORD and Anton Yelchin will be here screening The Beaver. |
