Ok so whats this about? On a side note I hate T mobile's customer service, they are lucky I don't know where they are located _________________ (\__/) (='.'=) (")_(") This is Bunny. I can just imagine the T-Mobile sales person telling Boyd coverage was good. Boyd: How's the coverage? T-Mobile sales person: Good network throughout the U.S. Boyd: I'm going to the U.K. pretty soon. T-Mobile sales person: Its even better there. Especially in Wales. Boyd: How bout Budapest? T-Mobile sales person: Not a problem. Boyd: Katmandu? T-Mobile sales person: Can do. Boyd: Narnia? T-Mobile sales person: Exclusive rights there. Boyd: ......... T-Mobile sales person: ........... Boyd: Cool. I must admit they look kinda techno-nerd cool ...

I've never had a problem with my coverage, but then again I've never been to the UK. Their customer service stinks but sometimes you luck out and get someone who knows what's going on. Rarely but it does happen. And lastly I love my sidekick, I spend most of my time in this forum on my sidekick, it was the only internet I had for the first few months I lived in my new apartment. |

I have a sidekick 2 and I absolutely adore t-mobile. I've always found them to be completely helpful when I was having trouble with my sidekick. However the sidekick 2 isn't the greatest... I mean it does own my heart and soul, but at times I feel like I have to babysit to ensure that it works. It has it's good days and bad days. Of course, I've only had to deal with them like twice in 3 years. But they were very, very good to me. They screw up something on my bill or charge for stuff I never asked for on an almost monthly basis. They charged me an extra $300 bucks on my bill once. I have had many unpleasant experiences with the customer service which sometimes tend to be very rude. _________________ (\__/) (='.'=) (")_(") This is Bunny.
